Biography
Mr. Nelson has been actively involved in civil litigation since
1987. He has vast experience representing individuals in matters involving
personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice,
premises liability, insurance bad faith and general insurance
issues. Mr. Nelson further has prior extensive experience in the
representation of large national insurance companies as an
insurance defense attorney. This perspective enables him
to achieve efficient resolution of litigation in all types of
personal injury claims. Additionally, Mr. Nelson has
represented clients with appellate matters both in State and
Federal Courts; including the United States Supreme Court.Reported

Biography
Mr. Pursley has represented a variety of
clients in civil litigation
including personal injury, premises liability, and business
transaction disputes. Additionally, he has served as a
mediator in numerous litigated disputes involving business
and individual claims such as: breach of contract, fraud,
tortious interference with contract, landlord/tenant, worker's
compensation, automobile accidents, premises liabilities,
corporate collections, and sexual harassment.
